Option 1: Delete directly in the app Recommended
- Open the app and go to Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll down to find the "Delete Account" button
- Tap it and confirm deletion
- Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed
Option 2: Request deletion via email
If you are unable to access the app, you can send a deletion request to [email protected].
Subject: Account Deletion Request — [Your email in the app]
Body: I would like to request the deletion of my account and all associated data.

What Happens Next?

Warning: Once deleted, your account and all related data will be permanently
removed and cannot be recovered.
What Data Is Deleted?
- Account information (email, display name)
- Favourite stations
- Vehicle profile and fuel preferences
- Subscription associations (subscription itself is managed by your app store)
- All analytics data linked to your account
Note: If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel it. Please cancel your subscription through your device settings before deleting your account.
