Data Sources
We aggregate fuel prices from official government databases and licensed retailer feeds: the PetrolGo API for Australia (NSW, QLD, WA, SA, TAS government data), authorized retailer JSON feeds for the United Kingdom (11 sources including MFG, Asda, Sainsbury's, Rontec, Esso, SGN), and government registries for New Zealand and Ireland (coming soon).
Our Algorithm
Prices are processed through proprietary aggregation and scoring algorithms that normalize data across sources, detect outliers, and calculate representative prices for each location and fuel type.

Update Frequency
Australia and UK data is refreshed 4 times daily. Each data point carries a timestamp showing when it was last verified.
Data Accuracy
We cross-reference multiple sources and apply statistical validation to ensure accuracy. Prices shown represent verified retail prices at the pump.
